Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

All products purchased from The Pillow Home are eligible for return within the window described above, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging whenever possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will confirm your return and provide instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thepillowhomeus.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
