This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders at The Pillow Home.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they are shipped. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Product Origin

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners located in China. This allows us to offer a wide selection of comfort and sleep products at competitive prices.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your order. Some products and promotions qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. When free shipping does not apply, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

  • United States: 9–12 business days
  • European Union: 9–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 9–12 business days
  • Canada: 9–12 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 11–15 business days

These are estimated transit times and do not include the 1–3 business day processing period. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carriers

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be delivered by one or more of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, China Post, DHL, Cainiao, YunExpress, or 4PX. Shipments can also be tracked using third-party tracking aggregators such as 17Track.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 72 hours of shipment. Please allow a short period for tracking information to update once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
